In the coming 21st century, the competition among modem enterprises is more and more dependent on the advantage of their human resource management. Only those enterprises that emphasize human resource management will keep themselves in high position during the serious competence in domestic and overseas markets.With the business management normalization and serious market competition, the importance of human resources strategy management is realized in both economy and business fields. With the practice of human resource capital theory and motivation theory, human resource management has been being a "key question" that will make business success.We study human resources management case in BADA Supply Limited Company.with positive and inductive method. By analyzing questions restricting strategy development on human resources management, we put forward a system which is suitable for the company. In that system, we apply PDCA cycle, TQM, and equity theory practically and then establish main systems such as performance management, salary management and motivation management.In order to all-round studying the human resources management and promoting standard of management and promoting standard of managementimproving, making sure HRM on power supply business.Hoping the power supply business can draw inspiration form the article, broadening their outlook, drawing inferences about other cases form this instance, and guiding their work..
