China's Unemployment And Re-employment Exploration And Research

Unemployment is a common social phenomenon and problem of all over the world, only varying in degrees on different national conditions and different economy level of development. According to the International Labor Bureau's report (1996-1997) on the world employment, the world enlisting unemployment of population is 120 million person, the ration of unemployment is 4.8 per cent, insufficient employment of population is 880 million person. About third one of the total labor, 2.8 billion people, is in the condition of unemployment or insufficient employment. High unemployment ration resulted not only in lots of waste in human resource, but also in more human agony and more social problems. Therefore, unemployment has become environment pollution to human beings and received high attention from nations and economists.We have always lacked of scientific attitude and clear realization on the Labor Law of nations of socialism. After our economic system reformation has stepped into the total adjustment and transitional stage since 1992, our country faced more and more serious problem of unemployment. The situation of employment is far away from optimism. It's a well-known truth to people that unemployment won't divert from different social system. On that consideration, it become an vital subject of contemporary social economic living, that research unemployment problem in theory and discuss how to establish and complete the market system of employment under the national direction.Based on the unemployment theories and present situation of unemployment in China, my thesis makes a point to discuss the reason of unemployment in China. Then try to make some suggestion on government's polices and strategies, especial on the Reemployment Engineering. My thesis develops as following five parts. The first part is an outline that analyzing on definitions of unemployment. The second part focuses on the Western Unemployment Theory and the Population Theory ofMarx. The third part mainly analyses the characters and reasons of the unemployment of China. Then the fourth part argues polices our government should take on. And the fifth part expounds forms, significance and meaning, completion suggestion of reemployment.
