Real Estate Development Enterprise Core Competitiveness Of Strategic Research

The real estate industry is developing healthily, which brings the real estate development corporations many opportunities. At the same time, the changeable environment and the need of development bring new challenges. So if the real estate development corporations those confront the keen market competition want to succeed and establish their sustained competence advantages, they must strategically cultivate the core competence.The thesis begins with expounding the theoretical foundation of the core competence strategy research, and then discusses the methods cultivating the core competence of the real estate development corporations through analyzing those external environment and internal resources. Four chapters are included in the thesis. The first chapter explains the basic concepts of the real estate development corporation's core competence and the significance of this research on the base of introducing the core competence theory. The second analyses the external environment of the real estate development corporations from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. The third part analyses the internal resources of the real estate development corporations through applying Value Chain Theory. The last part introduces the present condition of the real estate development corporations, and discusses four methods cultivating the core competence of the real estate development corporations.This thesis has the conclusion through the analyses above, which is that in the condition of market economics the real estate development corporations must draw up strategies based on the enterprise's resources and pay attention to the cultivation of the core competence.
