Factors Of The Enterprise Organizational Structure Changes Affect Empirical Research

Different economic models lead to different enterprise organization structures. With the knowledge economic coming after industry economic, it's necessary for enterprise that organization structure be changed.This thesis focuses on the evolution of the stimulating factors on enterprise organization structure. After making a general theoretical study and classification, the author concludes that there are two kinds of factors: deciding factors-environment and enterprise ability; affecting factors-organization character and individual character. As for deciding factors, the demanding of change is pointed out. However, organization structure has been studied by scholars for a long time. With the development of high-tech, knowledge has become the most important production factor in economic growth. Any enterprise must have a proper organization structure to protect the activity of production and operation. So it is important to research new-style organization structure to adequate the variability.
