By more than 100 years development, marketing has experienced manufacturing conception, production conception, promotion conception, marketing conception, social marketing conception, and the latest conception of organization marketing & experience marketing. It is known that the station of marketing has always been increased, and at present it is thought as strategy by management. Based on the theory of marketing strategy, this paper tells probing, partitioning, prioritizing, and positioning in details. In order to make a sound, scientific, efficient and practical marketing strategy for Zhen nan company, this paper analyses micro and macro environment, development situation and marketing situation of the company, so that tells the strengths, weakness, opportunity and threat Zhen nan facing up. In the paper there is a model of SWOT to apply to the situation of present.Based on analyizing marketing strategy which includes market investigation strategy ,market segmentation, market orientation strategy and market position strategy,the paper discusses how to apply these strategies into Zhennan company detailledly.
