With the socioeconomic development and advent of knowledge-economy age, human resource is becoming an essential and rare resource for the society. It is the rootstock of entrepreneur's core competitive power and the competition among corporations actually turns to be competition among talents. After the entry into WTO, competition between Sino and abroad banks focuses on bidding for talents in the backdrop of economic, financial globalization, liberalization, and unification. However, four state-owned commercial banks, the pillars of our financial trade, are placed in a disadvantage position because of supervisory sluggishness on human resource. This is mainly embodied in the brain drain and correspondingly causes financial instability. Therefore, it is urgent to bring reformation on human resource management in state-owned commercial banks. On the basis of first-hand investigation, this thesis analyzes and points out problems existing in the resource management. Drawing on advanced HR managerial theory and practical experience, the thesis presents strategies and approaches to discover appropriate way and effective measures in ameliorating HR management of the four state-owned commercial banks...
