Chinese automobile industry has grown ever-rapidly, and its position as the backbone sector of national economies becomes firmer. With China' s entry to WTO, the main international auto enterprises respectively showed strong willing to share this market, as China will be the biggest "cake" of the world newly-increasing auto markets.Up till now, in the total, the Chinese auto distribution channel accorded with the characteristic of the development of the auto market, satisfied the various preference of consumers, and acclimatized itself to the diversified regional requirements. However, in terms of individual auto corporation, they show to be puzzled on analysis and decision-making about their own distribution channel pattern, for lacking related theory direction and operable reference. Foton is a multi-type and multi-brand operation company, which also exists some problems during the development process of the distribution channels.Based on the international classical examples of distribution channel pattern, this article analyzed the advantage, disadvantage and application conditions of various distribution channels, and put forward the strategic design and application key point of the Foton distribution channels integration, combining the overall analysis of the existing problems in Foton distribution construction.
