The surge of merging activities of the present world have seen a high rate of failure, one mean reason for which is that the corporate management fail to appropriately settle the human resource problem after merging. Human is the main body to operate in a corporate. If a corporate would like to live and have an achievement, it was important to elaborate the workers' initiative. And it is important to apply the talent of workers during the integration after merging.Mergersyndrom and cultural differences are the challenges to the human resource integration after merging. With the human resource integration, a corporate can reduce the loss that is result in merging, and protect and increase the corporate human capital. This thesis advances the strategies of the human resource integration after merging, by analyzing the human problem that is result in merging. This thesis includes five parts altogether:The first part: Introduction. By analyzing the reason of merging failure, this part points out human resource integration is one mean reason for which that the merger and acquisition fail.The second part: The Summarize of Human Resource Integration. This part states the definition, task and content of human resource integration; The indenture theory explains the human resource problem after merging; and this part states the actuality of the human resource integration after merging.The third part: The Challenges to the Human Resource Integration after Merging. This part points out that Mergersyndrom and cultural differences are the challenges to the human resource integration after merging, by analyzing the workers' mentality change which is result in merging.The forth part: The Strategies of the Human Resource Integration after Merging. Based on two frontal discuss, this part advances the strategies of the human resource integration after merging. It includes the management strategy ofMergersyndrom, the process of the human resource integration after merging and the notice during integration process.The fifth part: The Developing Trend of Chinese Enterprises' Human Resource Integration after Merging. Based on the character of Chinese merger and acquisition, this part states the developing trend of Chinese enterprises' human resource integration after merging.
