Sustainable Economic Development Of The Comprehensive Measure Theory And Empirical Analysis - For Example, To Less Developed Areas

Under the situation of sustainable development, the traditional production led by the economic development is replaced by the new production way directed by sustainable economic development. How to evaluate the economic development becomes an advanced subject of the research on sustainable development.The change of traditional sustainable development evaluation index is constructed from the micro and macro angle. Macro angle the comprehensive evaluation index of economic development finds the difference between regional sustainable developments; micro angel is from the social production object and social consumption object's effecting on economy to set up the index, and by evaluating the effect of index, to reflect in detail the principle factors that influence the regional economy.The major research on economic sustainable development is about the development when it comes to a high level. However, from the aspect of the serious destruction degree of biological environment and the serious destroyed level of resource shortage according to economic sustainable development, the urgent need for it in the under developed area is higher than developed area, the wide area underdeveloped has a more serious destruction of biological environment-a large amount of resources have been explored by the capital of developed area, according to these areas, they not only face the traditional problems of development but face the problems of sustainable development.Therefore, in this article the underdeveloped areas are taken as the examples for the positive analysis of comprehensive evaluation. It defines the range of the underdeveloped area: the center area-Shanxi, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henian, Hubei, Hunan, 8 provinces, and the western area-Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Xizang, Shanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner-Mongolia and Guangxi, 12 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities. The reasons that center area and western area are taken as the research subjects areon one hand the two areas have the basic characteristics of underdeveloped areas, on the other hand in the strategy of western development, the western area is the target, and the center city is the bridge of it, they are depending on each other.By the positive analysis of the sustainable development of our underdeveloped area, we get the principle elements of sustainable economy development.
