On The Goal Of Social Transformation City Community

The first part of this paper is the summarization of the social background. In the face of an objective tendency for social construction from the unit system construction to community system, with the transformation of the society the Chinese Communist Party has put forward that we can regard city community as a unit and set up the party construction in city communities on the foundation of the party in the current resident areas in a high degree. With the completely launching of the party construction in city communities, the problems of the party construction in city communities present increasingly. The different work mode of every local party construction in city communities holds up the formation of the unified party construction in city communities. There is not adequate scholars involved in the research on the party construction in city communities and the theory research by far falls behind the practice .The flaws of practice and the falling behind of theory can reflect a deep level problem: the indetermination for the goal of the party construction in city communities.The second part discusses the goal of the party construction in city communities from many angles. Under the current social background, the party organization of community should make itself perfect and carry out the work of party in community positively and availably in order to realize the goal of the party construction in city communities, therefore, the party organization of communities must not only eliminate the "blank point" in city community and make its organization perfect and ensure the core position of the party organization in the community constructions but also establish the new structure and carry of the party construction in city communities and set up the new movement mechanism of the party construction in city communities .
