Therefore some international well-known enterprises abandon the horizontal and integral management mode. They establish the best cooperation relationship with suppliers and sellers from the whole world. They can make full use of the exterior resources to quickly respond to the market need. Such is Supply Chain Management mode.Supply Chain Management involves the substance flow, the information flow and the funds flow. Now the research about the substance flow and the information flow has been mature relatively, but to the funds flow is little. Because the funds flow is the main object of financial management and financial control is one field of financial management, this paper aims at the research about financial supervise and control in Supply Chain Management.This paper adopted comparison research method, the method to study across science etc. This thesis first introduces the Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management, and then analyses the funds flow management in Supply Chain Management.
