Design, Analysis System Based On The Financial Statements Of The Efficacy Coefficient Method

The financial administration is an important element of an enterprise's management strategy, thus it has a very important position in the enterprises. Following the popularization and application of financial software for salary management, account management, report management, accompanied by the further promotion of the accounting system reform, people have higher requirements for the accounting by EDP. They are not satisfied with the simple checking and calculating type any more, but they hope to fully utilize the technical advantage of computer, apply new thought, new technology, new mode of modern management to practice, in order to improve the whole financial management level, offer the complete financial analytical data dynamically for the first-line and middle level leaders, offer the reliable basis for making decisions and predicting the financial prospect. So this thesis will introduce the design and completion of the financial report analysis systems from design to completion.This thesis is divided into four chapters.Chapter One mainly introduces fundamental theory of financial analysis mainly, including significance, content, foundation and types of financial analysis.Chapter Two introduces some basic theories of the coefficient approach of efficiency.Chapter three introduces the goals and functions of financial analytical system.Chapter Four is a significant part of this thesis, introducing the design and completion of this system. The first part of this chapter introduces the function design of sub module of the report analysis and how to complete it. The second part of this chapter is concerned about the design of database. The third part of this chapter is to introduce the key technology which is adopted in this system.Generally speaking, the design and development of the analytical system of the financial report have reflected innovation in the following aspects:The design of system fully considers customers' needs. It supports comparison of the two kinds of reports: accounting and budgeting.Utilize appraisal system of efficiency coefficient approach to appraise overall financial performance of the enterprise.Advance and security of technologies have been taken full consideration in the system. This system adopts J2EE distributed technology. We use Jboss +TomCat as use server, which is issued by Apache, Linux as server platform and MySQL as SQL database. All this source code is open, which can reduce the system's cost greatly. Using the approach of Object Oriented has improved the development quality of the software and development efficiency.Certainly, this system has weak point too. For example, it is not rational while calculating five shelves of standard value of the trade we adopt the arithmetic means of actual value of the indices in the sample, only to simplify calculation. In addition, the function of the system is slightly weak. It is only suitable for small companies. When the company is large (such as group company), we can add the functions of analyzing the distribution in economic benefits and the distribution of the contribution of the members to the group. These are the aspects we need to improve in the future.
