An Empirical Study Of China's Financial Structure And Economic Growth

After deeply and systematically research, modern theory of developing finance come to such a conclusion: Finance is the core of modern market economic, the essential of finance is up-grated financial structure .So, make clear the relation between financial structure and economic structure, probe how up-graded financial structure can bring economic growth. This is the critical factor for economic structure s up-grating and for long term and steady development of China s economic.Firstly, based on the analysis of relation between financial structure and economic structure, this article has made a study on the relation of financial structure and economy growth. That is, the change of financial is owing to economic structure's change. Once new financial structure take shape, it will prove economic structure on the contrary. At last, realize long term and steady development of China's economy. Secondly, on that base, we make a qualitative research on the situation and discuss the relations between financial structure and economic growth of China. Also we make a great deal of quantitative research on them by the indices of FIR > M2/GDP ^ FS and so on. Then we make a test on the relativity by equation. Lastly, based on some above research, we analyze the problems of our financial structure and put forward to some advices such as developing the direct financing, perfecting the financing system of the small and medium-sized enterprises and so on.
