It Governance And Architecture Model

With the development of IT, the trend of global informationization sweeps all round of the world. Nowadays, China has been promoting the strategy that informationization accelerates industrialization. This strategy is successful and the achievement is fruitful, however, with the enterprise informationizing, many enterprises face the challenges that include ROI of IT, the inconsistence of IT and Business, and etc..How to solve these problems? The author think IT Governance that was developed by ISACA(Information System Audit and Control Association's useful. But how to introduce IT Governance into China, the author and CFIP(China Federacy of Information Promoting) Mr.Sun Qiang initiated the research about IT Governance two years ago and launched the China IT Governance Research Centre that focus on the fields of IT Governance. This thesis generalizes and expatiates on many points of view about IT Governance, based on the result of research for two years.This thesis focuses on the consistence about IT and Business, and analyses the profound problems that issue in the process of enterprise informationizing. In the thesis, author explains the definition, goal, and fields of IT Governance, and the relationship of IT Governance and company/enterprise Governance. In addition, author builds a new model of IT Governance. At the end of the thesis, by use of a real case, author gives us some suggestions about how to implement the strategy of IT Governance.
