According to regular time table, the control and management organization of national assets of Yanbian should be constructed before the end of 2004 years.If constructing national assets managing company, we should be firstly certain the industry on which national assets affecting; secondly put up the domain of Yanbian national assets going to enter by analyzing the economic status and developing prospects; finally make further point to construct the national assets managing company in tobacco industry, medical industry, power industry and forestry etc.The scale of most state enterprises in Yanbian is small and the quality is not good and the content of science is low, also have much staff and heavy debt. So according to Yanbian national conditions ,to concrete conditions of every national assets managing company Yanbian makes sure that managing'target, main business and developing program of main part. But during the construction and managing of national assets managing company, it should be in agreement on overall plan either system design or standardization.Maybe the reform of state enterprise or the control and management of national assets or the construction and managing of yanbian's national assets managing company is just a small part of the whole economic developing history of Yanbian.
