Study The Relationship Between The Enterprise Knowledge Innovation Process And Environmental Factors - 16 High-tech Enterprises In Zhejiang Province, An Empirical Analysis

The study focused on the job environment factors on the basis of the previous research about knowledge innovation process. We discussed the relationship between job environment and knowledge innovation process. The whole paper included three parts: theoretical discussion, empirical research and study conclusion.In the first part, the paper began with the introduction of knowledge innovation and the main problems in knowledge innovation of many enterprises in our country. Then, on the basis of many foreign scholars' research conclusions, the author put forward series of theoretical hypothesizes and build the theoretical model aiming at the existent main problems of the knowledge innovation in many China enterprises.In the second part, according to the quantitative study on 221 questionnaires in sixteen high technology enterprises in several cities including HangZhou, NingBo, JingHua in the zhejiang province, the author analyzed the relationship between knowledge innovation process and job environment factors. The hypotheses were largely supported. Main results mentioned as follows: Six work environments factors (enterprise encouragement, enterprise supervisory, trust and cooperation, autonomy, organizational learning, information resources and technology) showed positive significant relationships with knowledge innovation process. Enterprise encouragement, information resources and technology and enterprise supervisory were the three most important factors in model, followed by trust and cooperation, organizational learning, autonomy.In the end of this paper, according to the conclusion, the paper renewed research model, and the limitations and further research are discussed.
