Trough a cigarette factory, this text studies and analyzes the performance appraisal led by management by objectives, introduces the process and method which the corporation carry on, analyzes the trouble during determining the objective and appraising the performance, and through analyze the employee's sense, the operating technique and the management in the organization, to find the reason which due to the trouble. And then, according to the theories and the factory's circumstance, this text gives several solutions of these problems and some suggestions which can make the performance appraisal led by management by objectives perfective. Through the performance appraisal led by MBO, The corporation sets up the perfect performance appraisal system, realizes responsibility put in place, clear assessment criteria. And it is necessary to obtain the cooperation from several aspects if we want the performance appraisal become perfect. |
