The main members of China XX group were managed by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication several years ago. Providing satellite transponder service for ChinaTelecom and the military was their main task. Because these companies were established and operated in planed economy, they had fewer products, less consumer services and the very limited market share, and the organization structure of these companies were not really reasonable. Along with the ground optical fiber network improved rapidly, the service of tradition satellite communication faces the stern challenge.The first part of these article analyzed the market condition of China XX group being faced, through the analysis of the group's basic conditions, the present situation and the development tendency both in domestic and foreign market and domestic's macroeconomic situation. Through analyzed the basic condition of China XX group, the article point out the main difficulty and question that the group currently faced. The article made a suggestion for continuance development of the China XX group under the new condition in the end of this part.The second part of this article mainly discussed the Satellite Navigation and Localization System project among the China XX group's three big services (Satellite Communication Broadcast, Ground Network Communication, Satellite Navigation and Localization System) .The article summarized the present competition situation in Chinese satellite navigation and localization industry through analyzed the market demand and the existing competitors in characteristic area (Shanghai and Sichuan). In the end, the article advanced the China XX group's strategy for enlarging market share in Satellite Navigation and Localization System through analyzed the China XX group's potential.
