On Accelerating The Transition Dynamic Stability Mechanism To Establish And Perfect Path To Choose

China has been entering an overall accelerative transformation period by now. During this period the inner environment of china's development has produced lots of unstable factors because of the speedup of transformation of economic and social structure led by stride forward to modernization of knowledge before the accomplishment of modernization of industry. At the same time, the development of China is restricted by unstable factors of international environment because of increasement of complexity and advancement of uncertainty of outer environment led by economy globalization and multi-polarization of the world.The most important thing in China is stability, but establishment and perfection of dynamic mechanism of stability is the key to maintain stability. The scientific notion of stability is a precondition to establish and perfect dynamic mechanism of stability, so we must identify the connotation of stability of accelerative transformation period , realize the factors of stability, comprehand ingredient which affectes stability and analyze the dynamic mechanism of stability.Chinese Communist Party and government think much of the question of stability. Under the guide of the scientific notion of stability, we have formed the tactic on theory: to improve development by reform ,to achieve stability by development and to consolidate stability with development. On practice we have formed the pathes of establishment and perfection of dynamic mechanism of stability from five strands :(a)economy, (b)polity, (c)culture, (d)order of society ,and (e)outer environment.
