.1949-1956: Chinese Rural Society And Political Power Structure Changes

At present, the voice of villager's autonomy is higher and higher, people's enthusiasm of pursuing the democracy in grass-roots units are soaring constantly too. And the main restriction of villager's autonomy is relatively rigid administrative system which formed for a long time. Thus cause the conflict in various degrees on the country and social relationships. When the social power organizations carry on the construction and development of new round, we must not neglect the guide function of the country, but can't just think of the goal and interests of the country either, and bypass the interests of the rural communal participation each side. How to reach the balance and then to construct relatively stable and dynamic at the basic level power organize and to realize benign inter-dynamic between country and rural social? This is the most noteworthy question on villager's autonomy today too.In order to offer an history explanation for predicament of villager's autonomy of today and to hope that we can draw experience and lesson from the historical course, From the angle of history, this text has deeply analyzed combination and inter-dynamic of China's rural social forces and dynamically shown the course of the structure changes of political rights structure in rural society of China of the early days of foundation. That is to say, as the same as we did the early days of foundation, we should pay attention to people's strength, strengthen and encourage their political participation. But we should avoid entering another extreme, namely excessive to pursue interests of people, collective and society and bypass national interests and goals.According to the above ideals, this text divides three parts to describe:Part one: Change of the village social political rights structure in China of the early days of foundation. Firstly, we have tracked back to the rural society during the period of the Republic of China. And regard this as object of reference to prove in which respects was the rural political rights structure to change meaningfully after the foundation of the state. Secondly, in vertical, crosswise and centre three aspects, wehave proved which changes and how to change that take place at the power structure and probed the approval of the new power structure, the forming of the new power track, normal establishment of operating and so on.Part two: Reasons of village social political rights structure changes. From the change of the social domestic and foreign relation in the village, we have come to find the reasons and bases of changes. First, change of the social external relation in the village. Through analysing the domestic and international pressure and situation of new China at that time, we have proved the external reasons taking place in changes. Second, on peasants' thought, culture, value and psychological parts, we have explained the changes of village social culture network has brought inside reasons of political changes. From the leader's political ideal aspect, finally, we have offered another reason of change.Part three: Influence of the structure changes of the rural political rights. As success of the national political rights sank, the edge of the power structure has changed. State power steps up oozing the great paces of the social life field, the society will inevitably produce the strength of counter-infiltration too. Those all will cause the changes of relationship between people, society and nation.
