Spring Flying Vacuum Cleaner Assembly Line Balancing Research

In mass production system, assembly line balance impact the efficiency of the whole manufacturing system. It directly impacts work efficiency that how to improve work efficiency under current conditions and how to balance the work load of each station. Many of the articles study of assembly line balance, most of them only study theory, neglecting the detailed methods and steps. This paper studies the detailed application of the heuristic method to solve assembly line balancing problem, explores a kind of practical approach solving the line balancing problem in manufacturing circumstances. This paper analyzes the detailed process and technical condition of enterprise, integrating the production, using heuristic method, explores the detailed methods to analyzing and solving problem, offering the detailed steps, solved the practical problem occurred on production line, having the practical significance. Comparing with other article, it has the practical characteristic. The method providing in this paper could be popularizes to other similar manufacturing factory, it will shows a significant improvement because it' s simple, practical and easy to master. Using the assembly priority sequence chart makes it clear, easy to analysis. This paper apply heuristic method, get the line balance evaluation value down to 16 from 664, make the line balance to the best level under current situation of the enterprise.
