In the 1960s, the phenomena of "fixing of farm output quotas for each household" , "go it alone" came forth in the country of China. As a result, the Socialistic education movement spread in one third of the countries over the whole country. Qianyang County went through the movement, and numbers of cadres were drawn out from the center government to the local district. The Socialistic education movement was then carried out in great force. It underwent three phases: experimental unit as so on, and went along with the culture revolution at last. The Socialistic education movement in 1960s was a very important phase in the Qianyan history. It influenced the country greatly, and also hurt many people' s heart deeply. The article made a more clear understanding of the past movement, after studying and acquainting with the socialism education movement in Qianyang County. In that time, there were lots of different kind problems in the local organization in some countries. In some place the working style was not decent. The relationship between leaders and crowds was intense. The discipline was slack. All those would wave the kaiserdom groundwork of socialism in country if we did not neaten the ethos any more. However, because of the wrong leader of liftism, we made serious mistakes in the cadre policy during the movement. The class status was recompartmentalized. The landlord, the kulak, the counter-revolutionist and the spoiler who had escaped punished were checked. Grafters, thefts, wildcatters and new capitalists were also animadverted and punished. They were also educated with the democratic revolution. But a great number of cadres and masses were persecuted wrongly. So studying the Socialistic education movement in Qianyang County, will help us treat the relationship between cadres and masses correctly.
