Taiwan's Political Culture On The Electoral Behavior Of Voters Irrational

Taiwan local authority implement various kinds of civil servant and " popular representative "election in a compact mass since the " local autonomy " in 1950. Especially in recent years , with the change with ecological politics of Taiwan , election nearly become the main shaft of the social political life of Taiwan. But because citizen's culture development is incomplete, the election behavior is contrary to democratic development and values of social progress in the Taiwanese voter's part, namely unrational election behavior.
