The question for studies of customers' consume requirement is always the core problem should to be settled when enterprises develop marketing activity. To catch the customers' consume requirement at their period correctly is very important to improve enterprises' marketing tactics and develop their core competitive strength. Entering the 21st century, because of a new economic style that is " experience economy" appeared, the customers' consume requirement and behaviour has changed greatly in many aspects. All these caused the change of total core value concept. In developed countries, the "experience economy" has developed to be mature and studied by many specialists. In our country, the "experience economy" has also developed in many industries, and the consume requirement of our country's consumers has been changing delicately. Because of the different culture background of our country and the developed countries, our country's consumers have the unique consume behaviour and value viewpoint in period of "experience economy" . This thesis will study and analysis the customers' consume requirement and behaviour of our country by grasping the deep society factors of the appearing of "experience economy", and combine our country's traditional culture background, compared with the consume requirement and behaviour formerly to research the deep difference and essential change. And conside enterprises should improve their marketing strategy according to the theory.
