Contemporary Rural China Rule Of Law, Lack Of Countermeasures

At present, the basic question that restricts the development of the Chinese society is the"three agriculture"question. The solution of the"three agriculture"question needs to have good social mechanism. Governance of law is becoming the social mechanism of China as the strategic choice of the modern society's effective mechanism. The Chinese countryside society that depends on the traditional decorum, the customs and the policy also finally must march into the modern governance of law. Therefore study of the governance of law of the present situation of the Chinese countryside to seek suitable and helpful development mentality to promote the Chinese countryside governance of law has practical significance with regard to the Chinese countryside and the entire development of the Chinese society. First, it is helpful to the solution of the"three agriculture"question and the health development of the Chinese countryside society and to the establishment of the socialist new countryside. Secondly, it will positively impel the development of the Chinese democracy and governance of law and the progress of political civilization and will impel the establishment of the characteristic democracy and constitution of China.
