Study Of The Legal Issues Of Land Degradation In China

Land resource is the important natural basis of human's existence and development. It is also the important material guarantee Of social economic sustainable development. But with the fast development of industrialization and urbanization and the way of extensive economic growth haven't changed completely, the conflicts of insufficient land resource is becoming more and more rapid, thus the ecological environment's risk which they led to are expanding gradually. The land deterioration is the serious environmental problem in our country. It badly affects the process of strategy of sustainable development, the problem must be put in the first priority to be resolved. China's government pay's high attention to the scientific resource of the problem, propose that we should insist on the scientific view in constructing harmonious society, designs the balanced development between human an nature. At the first sight, the problem of the land deterioration connects with the stimulus of social development requirement and human much concerns to environment and so on. But, perspective the social phenomenon, the inner reasons behind so many outer factors are closely associated with the political direction and incentive of land management system. Hence, the context explains the reason and trend of the reform of existing management system. And it of sustainable development, using positivism methodology, systematical methodology, comparative methodology and other commonly used law research methods.The paper has four sections.The first section explains the common problem of land deterioration and analyzes the serious situation, reason and dangerous results in Chinese land deterioration on the basis of defining land deterioration concept.
