Relationship Of Social Workers And Peasants Of The Transition Period

Since the reform and open policy, along with the occurrence and development of the socialism reform in the economy, the politics, the culture and so on, our country society gradually entered a new comprehensive reforming period. In this new historical period, the various aspects in our society have all had the profound changes. The most remarkable aspect is the change between the social class and social stratum. In our country working class and the farmer social class are the two big basic social classes . In the new historical period, the two big basic social classes are both experiencing the social class interior differentiation and the combination. And it then affected the relations of the social class and social stratum in society.This article analyzes the present situation of the respective social class interior differentiation between the working class and the farmer social class and its split up reason. On the foundation of the analysis, we should correctly understand the negative two aspects effect to our society brought by this problem. The key point is to construct the harmonious relations between worker and farmer under the new situation and the method and the way has been carried on the preliminary discussion.
