This thesis mainly deals with compensation system of public servants of china. Compensation system of public servants is now playing more and more important role in managing human resource of government. The problem of compensation system is a microcosmic, individual, economic problem, and also is a macroscopic, social, political problem. Therefore, the contemporary governments of all countries are very thoughtful of the solution to the problem of compensation, and the contemporary political science, economics, management, too increasingly thoughtful of research of compensation system. Standard , rational compensation system is the guarantee for the honesty,high efficiency and stable of the government team, and beneficial to our government administration behavior and the optimization of national economy. How much should the public servant be paid? Who came to decide the income level? How to guarantee the standardization of the income system? In a word, scientific transparent-rization , normalizing is the ultimate aim for the compensation system reforming of Chinese public servants.We use the analyzing and designing method for the compensation in the government , and try to restructure the compensation incentive mechanism .The full text is divided into five parts altogether. In the first part the article has brought forward significance and the current situation of the compensation system studying at home and abroad. The second Part is the analysis of the relevant theory of public servants, It is composed of Marxist viewpoint for compensation,the modern western economy,compensational motivational theory and so on. In the third part it introduces the development and the achievements of the compensation reform, and the current situation and questions of the compensation of the public servants in our country. In the fourth part I compare with the Western countries'governments, analyze and discuss in the aspects of principle of assignment, income formation , welfare system and have discussed the international experience for the compensational management of our country. Finally ,according to the problem of current compensation system ,I provide some alternative measures and suggestions. In short ,the structure of our compensation system is a complicated project, it must be considered and operated with the reform of the administrative system and system of public servants.Its final purpose is to encourage and attract large quantities of outstanding talents to enter the administrative system, and prevent outstanding talents in existing government from running off effectively. And to make the public servants become more outstanding and to improve government efficiency.The main research methods are: document , qualitative analysis, induction , comparison method etc. Document method is the most fundamental research method.
