Study Of The Social Transformation Of Township Government Reform

In recent years, with the central government and all levels of local governments institution reform and the "taxes and fees reform" in countryside being carried on. government system reforms are being carried on too in villages and towns in our country, in order to meet the rural economy social development need in social transition period. solves the problems existing in the rural governments such as low efficiency, bureaucratic etc. The government system reform's focus in rural places is to transit the government functions. Mainly guided by the principle of public management, this article mainly discusses the operation of the government system in villages and towns, and then makes the suggestion for the reform.This article includes four parts the main contents are as follows:The first part explains why we choose to research such a theme, then introduce the present research about the government system reforms in villages and towns.
