By retrospective at home and abroad course of the development of administration transparency, the author summarized the main control measures of the corruption at home or abroad, raised the new situation and the characteristics of corruption against. In a high incidence of corruption cases in Chinese transportation department is a typical example, its analysis of the causes of corruption, pointing out that corruption social transition period needed to be transparent governance of the necessity and feasibility.
