This paper on China's administrative costs and economic growth of the relationship between an in-depth study. Papers are divided into three parts: administrative costs and economic growth related concepts and theories; administrative costs and the relationship between economic growth; through analysis come to the conclusion, on our country's current reform of government institutions to provide a feasibility proposal. By the major research methods through econometric methods Granger Granger causality test of China's administrative costs and the relationship between economic growth for analysis. Based on previous studies from fiscal expenditure and the relationship between economic growth on the basis of only one aspect of fiscal expenditures - administrative costs and economic growth were analyzed.Papers by the following conclusions:1.China's administrative costs and the relationship between economic growth should be established on the basis of the individual, rather than to several systems, structures of different national data to estimate the cost of the administration of the impact of economic growth.2.China's administrative costs and economic growth between the two-way causal relationship. And should learn from foreign practices, starting from administrative efficiency to consider the current situation of China's economic growth, as long as it is conducive to economic development is appropriate for the administration of the expenditure, otherwise the cost is excessive.
