The problem of corruption is prevalent in today's world of the serious social problems, which has been deeply disturbed China. China is undergoing social transformation, with economic, political and social tremendous and profound changes, which results in more serious corruption.This thesis divides the corruption into social decay and corruption of executive power, and the thesis only focuses on the corruption of executive power.To this end, the first chapter of this article concerns of China's social transition characteristics. Corruption of administrative power is directly related to transition and change of the structure of power and benefit, and both of them are analyzed in this article.Chapterâ…¡, this article concerns the executive power transition characteristics and the damage of the corruption. Its characteristics cover the four areas, while its harm comes from the economic, political and social areas.The third chapter is the core content of this article. This part tries to analyze the reasons for the corruption of executive power in China's social transformation period, the viewpoints of which are involved in the ideological and cultural, economic system, political and administrative system as well as the lack of social constraints. Finally, there is a brief summary.
