After the Cold War,with the change in the balance of international forces and the international situation changes,the U.S.global strategy and foreign policy has undergone profound changes,with the U.S. government's China policy several adjustments,the Sino-US relations have ups and downs.In the early 21st century,George W.Bush entered the White House,the U.S.government's China policy has undergone a new round of adjustment.The thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is the introductory remarks,summed up the study on Sino-US relations of the domestic and foreign scholars.As a result of Bush's term until January 2009,the study for Bush's China policy at conduct pure research or analysis,or conduct periodic summary,this article seeks to Bush from an early age throughout the two term-oriented analysis of adjustments to the Bush policy toward China.Second,third and fourth parts is about the Bush policy toward China, and the Bush Administration's China policy is divided into three periods, and focus on an analysis of several major changes about the China policy of George W.Bush.Generally speaking,the two terms of Bush's China policy has undergone a complex process of change.From the office early "strategic competitor" to the "9.11 Incident" after "three decades the relationship between the best";from the beginning of the second term of office is "very complicated" bilateral relations,and in 2005 the "stakeholders";the last to a "constructive partner." Although this period is full of twists and turns,but the overall trend of Bush's China policy from the original ideals of the lack of diplomatic practice policies have matured, to return to the overall situation of Sino-US relations,Sino-US relations experienced ups and downs of following the direction towards a healthy development.The last part Review and sum up three changes of the China policy of George W.Bush,summed up experience and lessons in the process of the Bush policy toward China and note a few questions to further promote the Sino-US relations and the development of long-term stability.
