In-depth study of China's Energy Law of the legislative model and the system of choice, the purpose of writing can be reached as follows:First, help to ease the energy supply and security issues; secondly, will help curb energy pollution problems; the three will help protect the right to life and achieving China's sustainable development. In this paper, analysis method of jurisprudence, law, comparative analysis method and analog analysis, the right to conflict analysis, legal issues such as the type of analysis carried out in-depth study. Results and conclusions of this paper are:First, it should strengthen energy legislation, theoretical research, establish clear guiding ideology in the energy field to be fully applied in practice.
