From US general election to Barack Obama Government be in power,the relations between US and China didn't become the focus as usual. And the relationship didn't across a running-in period as the other presidents were in power. Obama government continued to use the Bush government's China Policy and the begin relation of the two countries appeared good aspect. In some period the US government cannot make great strategy alteration to China. After Obama became president, Sino-US relations display a developing activity. But Obama's main idea is recover the world supremacy and the government always stand against the countries which can threat its situation. China now become strong day after day, and it can be the country which compose the challenge to US. So New US Government also made some negative China policy which to be the obstacle between the two countries. It indicated that the relation of Sino-US exits a lot of alteration in Obama's China policy.This thesis is basis of analyse the orientation of Sino-US in after Cold War and ancient US presidents' China policy, and the factors which affect Obama's China policy and the problem which exits between China and US, then analyse the Obama Government's China Policy. US governments' China policy were affected and restricted from many aspects. At the time of Sino-US actively cooperate,China government should pay attention to some other aspects. The US New Government's foreign policy look the country profit as the basic and no matter what the relations between the countries develop stability or not, the US government's policy are all contact its own profit. The positive relation between US-China appeared because of the international financial crisis lead US economy decrease heavily and Obama had to make the relevant China policy for removing American economy. But when the international financial crisis will be over and American economy restores gradually, American China policy also changes subsequently. The great shock in Sino-US relationship cannot happen in future but the relationship develop successfully is impossible. The China goverment should be maintain a rational attitude for Sino-US bilateral relations. we are seeing the positive factor of the bilateral relations development,but we should also be analysis the negative factors that exist between China and America, so as to further promote the stable development of the bilateral relations.
