With China's rapid social and economic development, especially the deepening of the curriculum reform of secondary school history teachers have become increasingly demanding. At the same time, they are also faced with severe challenges, the increasing work pressure of teachers will result in different degrees of burnout, burnout scope and extent of the deepening, has attracted attention from scholars. Study found that job burnout is not only to individual teachers to bring the physical, psychological and family life and other issues, but also seriously affect the quality of education and student development.At present, the overall occupational burnout of teachers of more and more subject teachers but very few specific studies. According to the information collected, burnout research work, mainly for teacher groups (such as:university teachers, school teachers, vocational school teachers, etc.) to study, due to different disciplines in education has a different status determines the different subject teachers take the pressure, starting from the academic point of view the problem of teacher burnout of special significance. This paper focuses on the actual work, starting from the local to the middle school history teachers in Shijiazhuang City, which involve the following issues:degree of burnout, of middle school history major factor in burnout, and high school history teacher professional level and the relationship between burnout.Study found that high school history teacher in Shijiazhuang City, the level of burnout was significantly higher than secondary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City, the norm; 6-15 years teaching experience as a high school history teacher burnout is the most serious stage; aged 30-40 years in the history of teacher professional the highest level of burnout; working hours, education, taught high school grades affect the number of important factors burnout; gender, occupation, type of school, middle school history teacher training experience no significant effect on burnout.Through this survey found that middle school history teachers in the total score, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions of the norm were significantly different, high school history teacher burnout problem that deserves our attention.
