Since the Eleventh Five Year Plan proposal to promote construction of new socialist countryside in China since the rural community development and community building in areas such as the attention of many scholars and researchers, has achieved a more fruitful research results. I rooted for many years as a grass-roots workers in rural areas, serving the farmers, and continue to find more suitable for rural areas and explore the pattern and methods of community service, expect to improve the quality of services in rural communities, for the construction of new socialist countryside in China a force. In this paper I will use action research approach, focusing on community-led development model applied in the rural communities to investigate the mode of service in rural communities and the importance of positive role.
