Concept map is used to organize and express the relationship between knowledge structure tool is to express the relationship between concepts of space network structure, promoting the teaching of great significance. To enhance understanding of concept maps, this definition of the concept map, concept map construction, conceptual diagram of the current situation and other related content using a comb. And further the concept map of teaching theory to teaching practice, teaching effectiveness were discussed.In this study, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province with TongZe high school organizations, two second grade classes were randomly selected, respectively, as a control class and experimental class. Using conventional methods in controlling organization of teaching classes, classes used in the experiment of teaching the concept of graph organization. To ensure the quantitative analysis of the control classes were organized, experimental class of experiment and after the biological academic tests, and academic organizations, independent sample test. Academic performance of students of different academic analysis of covariance, accordingly, to develop a detailed test plan. After the end of the experiment the students teaching effectiveness survey, combined with the experimental results of case interviews qualitative analysis.Experimental statistical analysis of the results showed that: With the advancement of teaching and learning concept map, concept maps of teaching students with the in-depth understanding of the use of concept maps to study the awareness is increasing. Teaching strategies through the use of concept maps, to improve the student's academic performance has a significant effect. Concept maps to improve performance on the memorizing significant, but for the understanding and application of performance improvement is not significant.
