Study Of Urban And Rural Sports Of The Economically Developed Counties Integration Of Public Services

Along with the deepening of socialist economic system and inner division of social structure, the development of sports undertakings in China faces a severe test. As part of the entire economic basis of society but also the most compact unit combining urban and rural areas, urban and rural county is to achieve key economic and social integration or support points. County sports play an important role in the course of development of Chinese sports.The Chinese government has clearly stated public service system to build the New Building of the Service as a fundamental task of government. People's physical needs are an important basis of current sports public service building. This article bases on the implementation of the current physical status of the integration of public services in Long kou City, using the literature, questionnaire, statistics, expert interviews, logical analysis and other research methods to investigate, in order to improve the quality of public services sports to enable them to better serve the public.Judging from fieldwork:The current sports public service in Long kou City includes physical fitness organization system, sports facilities system, physical fitness guidance system, sports system, physical fitness monitoring system, physical performance evaluation system and sports policy and law system. Study finds that the current sports public service in Long Kou City is not yet perfect, urban and rural development is not balanced, the demand for sports people is different. In this study, a comprehensive analysis of the practical problems of these reaches the following conclusions:First, Long kou city government leaders in promoting the integration of urban and rural sports attaches great importance to public service, Long kou City will adhere to the planning of industrial enterprises are concentrated simultaneously with the new industrialization progress, the scale of operation to concentrate on agricultural land and agricultural modernization to proceed with the farmers living to the new community focus and enriching people to proceed with the principle, vigorously promote sports service to rural areas, infrastructure extension to rural areas, social security coverage to rural areas, urban civilization to rural areas of radiation, so that farmers and urban residents the same right to survival and development.Second, unreasonable distribution of sports facilities and fitness equipment obsolete in Long Kou City can not be good to meet people's sports needs.Third, the lack of guidance personnel as sports, emphasis on training in all areas is not enough.Fourth, people participate in sports is not better stratification, people of different age requirements for different sports.Fifth, sports supervision departments do not care about the daily work, do not understand the current sports situation, do not date sports information back to the masses in time, these cause people to conduct sports activities blindly.Sixth, there is not a complete sports performance evaluation system, whether the current sports service reaches the request of people can not determine.Seventh, on the basis of complying with state policies, Long kou Education and Sports Bureau based on the objective environment and local people's sport needs to develop a series of distinctive local policies and regulations.
