Study class teaching evaluation is more, but the papers of class teaching evaluation in cultural perspective does not see more. Therefore, in a certain degree, the selection of this suject can recover the blank of cultural research field. In the multicultural era, cultural diversity makes all sorts of culture either integration or conflict. In classroom teaching, cultural conflict are mainly exist between teachers and students in perspective of individuality. They affect the class teaching assessment. Only dig their cultural values, can we make better use of culturology relevant theory to solve class teaching evluation problems.This paper uses cultural anthropology, cultural philosophy and culture sociology relevant theory, combining with document method and teaching evaluation cases to raise a new perpective of class teaching evaluation. Analyzing the class teaching evaluation issues arising from cultural conflicts, we propose some feasible measures to provide some enlightenment to class teaching evaluation study.Cultural conflicts between teachers and students in class teaching assessment has many kinds of representations:the intergenerational culture conflicts caused by the differences of ages; the cultural role conflicts caused by the differences of responsibilities; the personal culture conflict caused by the differences of individualities; the cultural conflicts between teachers and students caused by the entrance of examination assessment.The effects that the class teaching evaluation got from the cultural conflicts between teachers and students mainly embodies both positive and negative aspects. On the one hand, the cultural conflict between teachers and students will lead that teachers held prejudice attitude toward student culture in teaching evaluation. On the other hand, teachers use the authority to assimilate and standardize student so that they hinder the healthy development of the students. But the cultural conflict between teachers and students also has the positive influences that cannot be ignored, it is helpful for teacher-student exchanges, cooperation and explore. It can feedback problems existed in student's learning and teaching evaluation itself timely. More importantly, it could add new cultural meanings to teaching evaluation.According to the connotation of the cultural conflict between teachers and students, namely, teachers and students by the formation of the values, behavior and other aspects of confrontation in the educational teaching activities, we make the following responses:provide inner spiritual support in the attitude of teaching evaluation; establish basic guarantee mechanisms in the teaching evaluation system; the teaching evaluation behavior should be implemented and practiced. Only this three aspects organically integrated, can teaching evaluation play an active role in the cultural field and cultural conflicts between teachers and students benefit the direction of the teachers and students.
