Two Types Of Empirical Research Of The Social Construction Of Rural Resources And Environmental Disputes

Our country is experiencing a rapid transformation,and the society changes dramatically.The severity of social conflict is increasing with the acceleration of social differentiation which threats the social stability.Under such background of lacking any experiment,to seek a better method to build our society, our country made experiments of "Two oriented social construction" in Changsha. To know the effects of rural modernization and two oriented social construction, a research is made in rural Changsha.This paper analyses the data and finds that because of the dramatically transformation, according policy is not enough, modernization worsens rural conflict indeed. The "Two oriented social construction" reduces rural conflict, but it is far from enough. So this paper suggests a new solution to solve rural conflicts, which requires both government and society to strengthen their conflict-solving ability, as well as enhance their cooperation.The government should give social organizations some power to solve disputes,allowing them to make sense.And the society should change social values and educate people to solve disputes.
