Based on the investigation of gym class in the region of Wuhan and Ganzhou and related documentation, I found that there is a weakening phenomenon in gym class of middle school and inharmonious relationship between gym class in higher school and in middle school. The reason for this phenomenon is that P.E teachers in middle school neglect the value of gym class and short of gym teaching methods, in addition, content of gym teaching in higher school is difficult and gym foundation of the learner's is relatively weak. Under the influence of these factors, teaching task of gym class in higher school stays at the level of emulating but not the ability to learn which is required by the development of the society. Therefore, it's urgent for us to strengthen the research of learning strategy and its guidance.The study of gym is not only the process of reinforcement of recognition and behavior, but also the process of positive consolidation of recognition between learners and teaching content. Capable of learning means girls should have their own learning strategies. Guidance to their learning skills refers to the construction of learning strategies. The learning process of gym technical movement is the process of grasping the movements based on the learner's positive experience or negative experience in the experience teaching model. The learning process of the individual includes five steps. However, one or two superficial methods or single learning strategy can solve the problems in gym technical movements of girls.Through the gym teaching of fifteen girls from class two, grade three of P.E department in Gannan Normal University and according to the educational view centered on the students, I made a case research on these three learning strategies.The guidance of self-aid learning strategy is the first guidance of learning strategy under the supervision of teachers after the girls begin to get touch with gym technical movements and it also attaches importance to student's positive imitation of teacher's learning strategy. To construct superior study atmosphere, I lead the girls to adopt the team learning strategy to exert their initiative and make friends. Meanwhile, after the building of good gym study atmosphere, Inquiry teaching featured by teacher's supervision is adopted to construct the deep recognition and flexible application of gym technical movements.Experienced by nearly a year's teaching practice, it is found out that solution to"emulating"and"learning"in gym class is a systematic process of learning strategy and guidance. Any single or simple methods are hard to work out these problems. putting forward solving the problem of"emulating"and"learning"in gym class is a strategy to lead and tutor another learning strategy. When the girls acquire the gym technical movements, they also are cultivated the ability to find out, analyze and solve the problems. Apart from imparting the teaching contents, we should also combine with the proficiency, physiology, and psychology of girls and the positive learning atmosphere with the learners to guide their learning strategy. The better result only can be reached by the co-effect of the teachers and the students.
