More incidents erupted in public areas, emphasis was not subject to localuniversities for a long time. With the frequency of various types of emergencies in theUniversity, and only began to enter the public eye, caused concern of the epistemiccommunity, and academia. Relative to local colleges and universities affiliated withthe central State ministries and respective institutions and universities, geographiclimitations,school size,faculty,enrollment and employment aspects have obviousdifferences. This article starts with local colleges and universities, to unexpectedincidents that occurred in recent years in local colleges and universities for the studycarried out exploration and research. In emergencies,local universities,unexpectedevents are defined on the basis of local colleges and universities, analysis of specialpoints in local colleges and universities, exploring emergency classification andcharacteristics of local colleges and universities.
