A Study On The Causes And Intervention Methods Of Students' Gymnastics Vaulting In Shanghai

In the teaching of gymnastics vault, students’ Sports Anxiety is due to afraid of the"horse", they worry about wether could have their true level in vaulting, weatherthey will achieve the requirements of teachers, whether the injury accidents occur inand negative evaluation from the teachers and students which causes a series fear andun confident mood state, including the focal disturbance, worry, anxiety, anxiety andfeeling of muscle tension, stomach discomfort, cold hands and feet, head sweatingbody reaction with autonomic nervous system and different levels of activation orarousal.This is the individual in the face of uncertain threat and predict the bad resultscauses.Combined with the external manifestations of vault anxiety and which cases theanxiety, This paper uses the theory to analyze and guide the anxiety of gymnasticsvault doing, in order to find suitable methods to fall down vault anxiety, and appliesto the process of teaching gymnastics vault. This paper uses the methods of literature,mathematical statistics, expert interview, logic analysis. The subjects are from YunnanNormal University, Yunnan University, Yunnan University of Nationalities, YunnanAgricultural University, University,Kunming College who have learned gymnasticsvault.Analyzing the current situations of gymnastics vault and the different influencein vaulting horse. Applied to use Systematic desensitization treatment method tovault teaching,in order to adjust the suitable anxiety when do vault.In this study uses the Spielberg (Spielberg)."The State-Trait Anxiety Scale", to teststudents’ anxiety.And uses Spss17.0to statistics the record,in order to analyzecurrent situation anxiety level of gymnastics vault. The research results show that:gymnastics vault anxiety is real exist.It always have a large influence invault.Sexuality,training time,education, training atmosphere,influence from others,physical condition,operation difficulty, temperament and other reasons will lead togymnastics vault anxiety.The anxiety tends to affect the quality of gymnastics vault.But in the teaching vault,there aye lack time for meddle system anxiety andcan not satisfied students’needs.So the analysis of the present situation of gymnasticsvault anxiety,and finds out the causes and put forward solving measures will have alarge influence in the teaching or learning vault,that can prove the quality of leaningand teaching vault. It plays an important role in realizing the goal of teachinggymnastics vault.
