In order to fully implement the Outline of the NationwideBody-building Plan, widely develop mass sports activities,increase health and physical quality, promote thepopularization and development of Aerobics in China and givefull play to the role of Aerobics in the national body-building,the Aerobics Association of National Sports Administration hasto recreate the National standard of Mass Aerobics Exercise(Hereinafter referred to as Standard) for the third time, thenpopularize it all over the country, which has acquiredapproving achievement in many colleges and universities in manyprovinces or cities, but it is hard for those schools in Guizhouprovince to do the same thing. There are four main reasons asfollow:1) It’s comparatively lagging economy and education;2)It’s short of place and implement for aerobics sports;3)Itsconsummate teachers composition; and4)Its unreasonablecurricula setting up.In this study, the object is the situation of colleges anduniversities in Guizhou, mainly by Literature, Questionnaire Survey Method, Expert Interview, Mathematical StatisticsMethod and Logic Reasoning Method to survey all the conditionabout the development of the Third Standard in Guizhou, suchas teachers, place and implement, the situation out of class,teachers’ learning and teaching as well as how they assess theThird Standard, besides students’ learning and how they assessthe Third Standard. Try to find out the restraint factors andvaluable advice to develop Aerobics and its Standard.Here are the seven outcomes:1,All of the colleges and universities in Guizhou havedeveloped the Third Standard, mainly by special developmentcourse, which lead to their students’ narrow learning scale.2,Most of the colleges and universities in Guizhou haven’t paid enough attention to develop Aerobics. There are a fewchance to have advance training for teachers, neither are theCompetition of Aerobics With Organizational norms,there areonly23%colleges and universities in Guizhou have equippedspecialty place for Aerobics, that presents a serious short inplace an equipments.3,There are several characteristics of Aerobics Teachersin Guizhou: Much more younger ones, who has lower professionalranks and titles, same as their Judge Grade, some of them don’ t obtain a Judge Grade Certificate at all. At the same time,their scientific research ability is too weak to carry some morescientific research tasks or write professional papers; Thereare a large need of male Aerobics Teachers; Most of AerobicsTeachers have low professional skill, although they haveprofessional backgrand.4,Most of the colleges and universities in Guizhou carrythis course on mainly by Elective Course, which leads to theunsatisfied both for teachers and students. The AerobicsTeachers use traditional teaching methods, other than the newones.5, Guizhou province university sports department has nounified aerobics Theory Textbooks,and Non Sports CollegeSystem Version takes a large place of it, so, its low pertinencefor teaching groups restricts the development of the ThirdStandard.6, Teachers and students expressed satisfaction with thecomparison on the grade of action by learning The Third Standardroutine action.7,51%colleges and universities have developed theaerobics extracurricular activities, but the form is singlewith insufficient atmosphere.
