With the high proportion, youth nutrition surplus and deficiency have been coexisted worldwide. In China, improper diet and nutrition of teenagers seriously affect adolescent heath. In the case of lacking of heath education, nutrition education is urgently needed.This study in four classes of Huaiyin Kaiming Middle school (about200new students) as the research subjects, takes before and after the test method, to study student’s diet and nutrition. I divided the students into control class (96) and the experimental class (99). First, the researcher surveys the current situation of students’nutrition knowledge and the unhealthy nutrition behavior through the questionnaire. Then the experimental class has pointed through biological classroom teaching in experimental classes to teach students knowledge of nutrition and health. In the daily teaching behavior internalize the students’ thought; to promote students correct nutrition and diet in multi-angle and multi-level; Compare the normal teaching the teachers, and finally survey students’knowledge of nutrition and diet, diet habit again through the questionnaire. The researcher compares the experimental class and control class and compare before and after the teaching of teaching.The study found that after a biology teacher teaching and educating, experiment class students correctly identify the nutrition knowledge from the objective education teaching before the27.89%to63.71%after the education teaching for the purpose. Contrasting class students correctly identify the nutrition knowledge from the normal teaching before the27.48%to43.67%after the normal teaching. The right eating behavior experiment class students increase from28.28%before the education teaching purposes to52.72%after the education teaching. Comparing the behavior of students in class eating, the correct proportions before the normal lectures rise from27.38%to37.69%after normal classes. Both knowledge and behavior, the students’ correct understanding of nutrition knowledge and dietary behaviors of executed correctly, experimental classes was significantly higher than control class, after teaching is much higher than before teaching.Teachers have the destination to nutrition education; to improve student’s diet is of great significance. At the same time, students still significantly demand for nutrition education. Knowledge a bout diet and nutrition in junior high school biology textbooks have positive transfer function in forming students’good eating habits. The "people-oriented" education theory should not only reflect in all aspects of teaching, but also reflected on the student’s physical health. The urgent need of knowledge about diet and nutrition for students and society is one of our teachings to the direction.
