This article is made a special study of learning team construction strategy of high school history learning under the new curriculum reform.Our country has conducted a new round of reform of basic education in2001in view of the problems of basic education. The new curriculum advocates autonomy, cooperation, explore and emphasizing student-centered, It tries to change the traditional way of teaching. The learning team-building as one of the important pillars of the new curriculum, naturally can not be ignored.The full text t is divided into three parts. The first chapter introduces the analysis of the cooperative learning team construction theory, which includes social interdependence theory, constructivism and humanism. Meanwhile the article illustrate the principle of learning team construction from cooperative principle, objective principle and flexibility principle three aspects.The second chapter introduces the construction strategy and practice of cooperative learning group in senior high school history teaching. The article mainly illustrate the strategy from grouping strategy, team cultural construction and team training three aspects. Strategies of dividing team include the principle of dividing groups (Heterogeneity in the group and similarity among groups), the determination of team size. Generally speaking,4-6person in one team is the best, but we also change the team size according to the task is difficulty or not.; seating arrangement and the selection of the team leader. The team cultural construction includes construction of its self image (group name, group rules, group training, group target), a clear division of labor and adjustment team member. Group training includes the whole crew training and team leader training. The elevation includes a group self-assessment, peer assessment and teacher evaluation. During the teacher evaluation, teachers should pay special attention to focus on disadvantaged students and help them build their confidence.The third chapter is about the meaning of learning team construction. It includes both teaching meaning and social meaning. Learning team construction has changed the traditional way of teaching. All aspects of student ability also increased in this process. To some extent, it helps to build our democratic society and a harmonious society.The fifth part is the conclusion. In this part, the author summarizes the thesis and looks forward to the future of the subject.Through the research, we can find that there are still many problems in the process of team construction of learning although this method is widely used by first-line teachers. Based on this, it is very necessary to analyze the problem in process of team construction and propose the strategies about this. Meanwhile, it can provide some useful references for the first-line teachers.
