Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Sports Public Service Supply In Kunming

Economic and social development would make people’s sports need grow rapidly. China is encountering this situation. At the meanwhile, China’s sports public service faces huge challenges. The thesis chooses Kunming City, which is the provincial capital of Yunnan Province, as the case. The aim of this thesis is to explore effective ways of sports public service supply. Five parts are contained in the thesis:The first part is introduction. In this part, the author introduces the research background, domestic and foreign correlative researches, the purpose and value of the research, the logic and methods of the research, the innovation and difficulties of the research. The second part is the elaboration of basic theories. This part contains basic theories and conceptions about sports public service. The third part is status quo of Kunming City’s sports public service supply. The fourth part is problems and its reasons of Kunming city’s sports public service supply. The fifth part is relative countermeasures to improve Kunming city’s sports public service supply. Via studying relevant theoretical documents, documents and interview data from Kunming City government sector, four countermeasures of improving Kunming City’s sports public service supply are proposed. Firstly, to improve the contents of sports public service supply; secondly, to realize multi-subject supply of sports public service; thirdly, to adopt reasonable sports public service supply methods; fourthly, to establish effective mechanisms of sports public service supply.
