In the practice of physical education, sports theory knowledge is very rich in contents, b ut also because of this, we have great deviation on the understanding of sports theory knowle dge. Therefore, selection of sports theory knowledge, it is necessary for us to further study.In2011the "compulsory education course standard of PE and health"(hereinafter referr ed to as the "standard") issued."Curriculum standard" the guiding rules for each level of prim ary school knowledge content, become the sports and health curriculum teaching in the "theo ry of knowledge" teaching standard.This study is based on three theories as the basis,"the essence of teaching is a process of learning "; the teaching goal from a logical point of view is the expected learning outco mes of students";"must be designed for different teaching contents for different learning resul ts". The "standard" in the primary school sports knowledge content and structure system to res earch, suggestions and re construction.This article used the literature material law, the primary school "sports and healthy curri culum standard" knowledge health education of primary school goal content, knowledge acqui sition research. And with the comparison research method, on subjects related to learn knowle dge, compares the target content check. And in primary school in Yixing city as investigation object, selected from each school District Education Bureau in Yixing of a representative of the school as a sample, carry out sample. From the students of sports activities (games) like degree; students understanding sports; students understanding the Olympic; physical knowledg e in the examination of the situation; the design aspects of students’ extracurricular activitie s such as questionnaire, and the logical analysis draw the following conclusion.A:in the current primary school physical education and health knowledge system knowl edge point "dislocation" and "repeat" phenomenon.B:physical theory and knowledge acquisition in many ways, the over all acquisition of both internal and external sources. Sports and health curriculum school will impart a part of sports knowledge, skills, methods such as name, the name of sports events, sports rules and co mmon sense knowledge; while in school students through their own extracurricular physical exercise, sports interest (training) classes and other forms, with his own body to experience p ractice known knowledge of physical education, sports knowledge is not only a process of pa ssive acquisition, process or the individual habits active form.C:because of the existence of primary school curriculums, the repeatability and the curr ent primary school physical education and health curriculum theory system of some unreason able phenomenon, the teaching goal of primary school sports and health curriculum required in sports theory knowledge of students for the reduction and elimination, and according to th e students to construct a new system of physical theory acquisition approach the knowledge a nd methods, it is more suitable for teaching in physical education.
