Pre-school education as a basis for education is of great significance, but in the whole chain of pre-school education is still considered to be the weakest link, in the social development of pre-school education, the context of today’s top priority is going to develop a number of highly qualified kindergarten teachers.Nowadays during the situation of current development status of pre-school education, in November2010,the opinions about the current development of pre-school education has been made by The State Council, it requires a variety of ways to strengthen the construction of early childhood teachers, accelerating the construction of a high moral, loving children, excellent service, reasonable structure of early childhood teachers. Through strong policy support to address current problems of kindergarten teachers’resource constraints. In March2012, the Ministry of education introduced the kindergarten teachers’professional standards becoming the administrative departments of educational institution, kindergartens and kindergarten teachers’work is the evidence.
